FEDERATION FAMILY DAY CARE
It is a quality home based child care service which offers professional and supervised care for children up to 12 years of age in the private homes of approved Family Day Care Educators.
Educators are resourced and supported by the Co-ordination Unit team.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of our endeavor is to provide a quality family day care service to each child and their family as well as acknowledge and appreciate them regardless of their gender, race, culture, religious affiliation or additional needs
We guarantee that our attitude will always be compassionate and that it will be our passion to attend to every child’s need in all circumstances.
We will do everything within our power to make all children at Federation Family Day Care feel individually safe, comfortable and loved within a warm supportive and friendly environment.
ACCREDITATION
Federation Family Day Care is registered with the Department of Education, Employment and Work Relations and is also a member of Family Day Care Victoria. This scheme focuses on providing quality care and education as is required by Children’s Services Act 1996 and the Children’s Services Regulations 2009.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Our Policies and Procedures provide the responsibilities and standard of care we expect all our educators to uphold. We will ensure that the quality of care and education is of the highest standard through the guidance of the National Regulations and National Quality Standards. We promise to fulfill this responsibility by providing maximum support and information to our educators and families.
